We created ArtsyFinder with the mission of freeing beginning and emerging artists like you and us from the tedious, random and time-consuming task of finding places to show and sell our art. We saved you the effort and found over 240 venues of all kinds in the Boston area which you can access through our list.
We went further and added a flexible set of FREE filtering and annotation features for you to keep tabs on "where things are". For example, you could track which venues you are interested in, who is interested in your work, what conversations you've had, where is your work right now, how much is it priced at, what the commission is, and so on. You can use these tools in the way that makes sense to you. No rigid structure here.
We invite you to get involved, use our free tools, and look forward to more advanced community features to come soon. Our vision is to level the playing field for beginning and emerging artists; to have more art from more artists shown in and around the city; and to help develop a tighter community of artists and venues.
